Wedding planning – the before and after

When it comes to wedding planning, many people see it as starting by walking down the aisle and ending at the reception. The truth is that there are things before and after the wedding that need to be put on your wedding checklist. Get a marriage license to make sure your wedding will be official. Make sure that you have planned the rehearsal dinner and any other pre-wedding events that need to be organized. Ensure that you have arranged transport to and from the venue. For after the wedding, make sure the venue is going to be cleaned and left as you found it. If you are going on honeymoon, plan this well in advance. Think about what you are going to do with your wedding dress. If you are going to keep it, have it dry cleaned and stored specially to prevent it from spoiling or getting damaged in any way.
